Mayoral Internship Tour with PATH

Updated: Oct 25, 2020

The Mayoral Internship PATH Outreach Project team worked with PATH’s Philanthropic Development Coordinator, Jitka Pilar, to organize and execute an event for the new Mayoral Interns to learn more about PATH.

On July 27th, 2018, PATH hosted the tour for the new Mayoral Interns.  The tour was led by Mike Eisenstein, PATH’s Product Development Shop Manager. During this tour, the interns had the opportunity to acquire an inside view of PATH’s product development shop and learn about their product development lifecycle. In addition, the interns were introduced to some of PATH’s new medical innovations. Mike explained the concepts that PATH uses to create affordable and accessible technologies that can perform complex tasks equal to that of expensive medical devices in first world countries. It was a very positive learning experience for all the interns and we thank PATH for being a great host.
